Cleaning is hard work

Paying for it isn't

We offer several ways to pay to make it easier than ever for our clients:

✅ Cash or check (unavailable effective January 2022 - TBD)

✅ Online through Quickbooks via debit/credit card*

​

With online payments, you'll receive an emailed invoice for your records. State sales tax is automatically generated based on your zip code. Gratuity is always appreciated, but never required.**

Full payment is required for new clients within 72 hours of confirming first visit/receiving the invoice. Thereafter,  payment is due at the time of service. We reserve the right to assess late fees to unpaid balances owing >3 days.

A current debit/credit card is now required to be kept on file within Quickbooks, we will request this information ahead of your first visit.

 *An additional 3.5% fee applies, which is assessed & absorbed by Quickbooks and not A Clean Sweep, LLC. 

** 100% of gratuity goes directly to the cleaning specialist(s) who serviced your home. You  can make a payment through Venmo (@thecleaning_lady). Be sure to include your DOS and designate that it is a gift, not a good or service.
