Base rates for regularly scheduled visits are as follows:
A 1 bedroom, 1 bath home begins at $220
A 2 bedroom, 1 bath home begins at $240
A 3-4 bedroom 2-3 bath home begins at $275
A 3-4 bedroom 3-4 bath home begins at $320
A 4+ bedroom 4+ bath home begins at $350

We also offer one-time, seasonal, move outs, and show-ready cleanings, beginning at $450 and up.
