While base rates are listed below, your final quote happens after a virtual consult. Why? Because no two homes—or lifestyles—are the same. Every new client starts with a First Visit Fee, as resetting your space takes time and intention.

🏠 Regularly Scheduled Visits

1 bed / 1 bath → Starting at $250
2 bed / 1 bath → Starting at $275
3–4 bed / 2–3 bath → Starting at $300
3–4 bed / 3–4 bath → Starting at $330
4+ bed / 4+ bath → Starting at $350

These visits include:

A thorough cleaning of all agreed-upon spaces
Cabinet fronts, ceiling fans, baseboards (on rotation)
Trash removal
All tools, products, and supplies included (always well maintained + high-performance)

✨ One-Time Deep Cleans

Starting at $450+

Includes everything above—plus whatever we agree on during your consult. Think: fridge clean-outs, oven degreasing, inside cabinets, etc.
